Returns & Exchanges
We understand how important this purchase is to you and we want you to enjoy the confidence that when a product does not work correctly; or is damaged in shipping, you may return it as long as it meets our generous conditions listed below. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not offer general returns.
You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt that you wish to return your purchase because it was damaged in shipping, has a default, or we made your order incorrectly. Your return must be authorized by our office and must be received within 7 business days of the return authorization. It must be received in the original shipped condition. Shipping and insurance is your responsibility unless prior approval has been given.
Your Options for Exchange, Account Credit or Refund
If your purchase complies with all our conditions, you have three options. You may exchange merchandise for a comparably priced item. You can take a account credit equal to 100% of the purchase price on any product. You can be issued a refund for the exact price you paid.
We do not accept returns without authorizationWe do not refund shipping without prior approval. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address, you must pay for the item to be re-shipped.
