We understand how important this purchase is to you and we want you to enjoy the confidence that when a product does not work correctly; or is damaged in shipping, you may return it as long as it meets our generous conditions listed below. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not offer general returns.
You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt that you wish to return your purchase because it was damaged in shipping, has a default, or we made your order incorrectly. Your return must be authorized by our office and must be received within 7 business days of the return authorization. It must be received in the original shipped condition. Must be returned in original package or something similar. Shipping and insurance is your responsibility unless prior approval has been given.
Your Options for Exchange, Account Credit or Refund
If your purchase complies with all our conditions, you have a couple options. You can take an account credit equal to 100% of the purchase price on any product in the form of a HCHco gift card.
Due to needing to keep a close eye on inventory, we are no longer accepting any exchanges. This also allows us to speed up our processing times to get you back in the best cap or shirt around! We do not accept returns without authorizationWe do not refund shipping without prior approval. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address, you must pay for the item to be re-shipped.
